Wreck It Ralph review

Last Thursday, Aunt Jo, The cousins, Rach, And I want to Reading's
to see Disney's 52th feature (And yes, It is.) Wreck It Ralph.
And Just wanna say: Best..Disney movie..Ever!
Like the last two films I've seen (The Princess and the Frog, And Tanged).

And the reason why I liked it is, Great Animation, Amazing characters that I could relate to,
And the uniqueness of the arcade just makes you think "I wonder what its like when the arcade closes".

And it also got some characters from Nintendo, Saga, And Capcon to feature in cameos,
Like in "who framed Roger Rabbit", (Only with video-games instead of cartoons.)
Too bad those guys only appear for a few seconds or 2 to 3 mins.

I've give this movie a 9/10.

Hotel Transylvania Review

Last night Oma, Opa, And I want to Readings (A movie theatre in wood grove) to see Hotel Transylvania.

And it was a pretty good for a horror themed animated comedy,
The animation looks neat and kooky, And almost similar to "cloudy with a chance of meatballs".
and some of the characters in the film did get a few laughs from me, especially the monter-related jokes shush as "what if the were wolf man started a family, the Frankenstein monter's parts are packed  up in a box when traveling, and the invisible man wearing glasses to let us know he's actually there.

The movie was cool and all, but I was completely tacked on of the
"father and daughter"relationship of the two main vampire characters,
Even though I've didn't know that the Dracula has a daughter in the film.

I give that movie a 6/10

Since this my first review on a film or a TV show,

(I'll planning to do my next review.)

Happy Halloween

Boo! Ha, Ha, Ha..I'm Just kidding. But, hey. what can I say? It is Halloween after all.

I'm dressed as a vamp (A female vampire) by reusing my old black that I've worn in
last year's Christmas eve party, And I'm also wearing those cute bunny earrings
(May don't count as Halloween-themed jewellery, but those earrings are the best I've got).

I wish our favourite Cartoon channels could go back to simpler times

Back when I was a kid, I've used to watch some shows that appeared in the 90's and the early 2000's,
such as the Disney channel, Cartoon network, And Nickelodeon.

And the channels that I watch today is just filled with nothing but live-action crap-a-rama

(Mostly on the Disney channel and Nickelodeon).

when I was a lot younger I remember watching the old looney tunes cartoons

from late 30's and early 40's, And I still watch those cartoons today in one of those
classic cartoons DVDs (which is on the shelf along with some other DVDs).

And the later episodes of SpongeBob SquarePants had gone a bit mediocre since

the series is now under the hands of a bunch of jackin apes (The writers), Every morning
I hear Jayne (My little sister) watch it and it makes me think "I think this series should end,
Since it's no longer the same." (Believe me, I'm not kidding.)

smurf colored glasses

Here's another smurf drawing that I've did back in 2010.

This pic is based off one of the episodes from season 1(Smurf colored glasses), And I've did one of the scenes of that episode where Handy invented these glasses just for Smurfette's
first Smurfette day, So I've did Handy trying on those glasses (For the second time after putting them under the rainbow just to make them "pure of sight"), And sees himself appearing as a handsome prince in his reflection. I've enhanced the colors on Microsoft Office Picture
and added in the ripples in lake for a nice effect, And the feet of His to be added to his point of view.

Three Curious Mermaids

The other week, I've did this pic at the Hunt club (an Art Centre that I go to in
Deer park every two weeks). This pic is three curious little mermaids who
just discovered a treasure chest that had been washed away from a shipwreck.

A thumbnail drawing that I've did on Aug 6th,
                                               And finished on Aug 10th.

The pic that I've started on the same day that I finished the
thumbnail, And only half done at the time.

The drawing that I've just finished earlier today.

Otter pops

Here's a Pic of four of the Otter Pops( An icy pole from the US).

Sir Isaac Lime: A lime-green otter who's name is obviously a take on of sir Isaac newton.

Little Orphan Orange: A young orange she-otter who's name takes on of  "Little Orphan Annie",
And along with her dog Melancholy (Yes, That it's actual name). In the packaging
she always seen sad and moody, But in this pic she's happy and cheerful.

Strawberry Short Kook: A red she-otter who always stands on a small box cos she shorter then
anyone else (But still taller then Little Orphan Orange).

Louie Bloo Raspberry: A turquoise otter who's obviously a melancholy French stereotype-
(eat your heart out, Pepe Le Pew).

I'm in the middle of progress

Here's a pic I've came up late night and this shows Me (in my cartoon state) brainstorming
something new for my blog, But some are still in progress
next month and I'm gonna be really busy with them.

this is first time I've did a combine of live action/cartoon on this blog by using a real photo and a drawing of someone or something, Then I add some shading/shadows
and highlights so it feels tied to the photographed background.

And I may plan to do it again sooner or later.

Chanticleer From Rock-a-Doodle

Rock-a-Doodle is a animated Don Bluth film loosely based on Edmond Rostand's comedy,Chanticler.

And there's Chanticleer (voiced by country singer Glen Campbell) the rooster who's a crower of the Farm that he lives in, And a famous Elvis impersonator when he started a fresh new start in the city.

And even thought He is also based on the superstar Elvis Presley.

I've did Chanticleer in two different outfits such as his original clothes that he wore in the beginning and the end of the movie (Sun Do Shine and its Reprise), And on the right the red long-sleeved shirt that he wore when he was singing "Rock-a-Doodle".

No Restrictions

Back when I was in school, I did some comic strips for a magazine called "No Restrictions". I created some characters for that mag and one of  them is a weasel named Blitzen, A rabbit named Franny, And a mole named Moleson. I only been on No Restrictions for the next couple of years until my final year in Melton Specialist, And it give me the guts to quit.

Here's two of the remaining already published pages from each issue.

'Franny bunny redesign.bmp' failed to upload. TransportError: There was an error during the transport or processing of this request. Error code = 103, Path = /_/BloggerUi/data/batchexecute

A fully finished but unpublished more than 8 panels page

here's a couple of compassions of the three characters of what they looked like during 2009 to 2010.

Marlin and his Son from Finding Nemo

Here's a patch of their small lucky finned clownfish and his overprotective father from the Disney/Pixar film Finding Nemo. And this may sound silly that Nemo is not the actual main protagonist of the movie, his father is, Yet I never even notice until now.

Plus, This is one of the two patches already finished from last year.
